The fine print, up front
Billing. Annually in advance, Net 30, by ACH or check.
Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax.
Term. Twelve months, renewing automatically.
Cancelling. Give 60 days' notice before your renewal date.
Rate changes. Your rate is locked for your contract term.
Multi-year. Commit to 36 months and your rate is locked for all of it.
Adding stations. Any time, pro-rated at the tier rate.
Removing stations. Takes effect at your next renewal.
HIPAA dose records. Gated behind a signed BAA, never an extra charge.
Currency. All prices in USD.
